I know this blog has been languishing but I am working long hours and don’t have much time to get anything close to something resembling a post. I don’t have internet access anywhere but at work and hardly can get on even then. If you have been paying attention to this space please forgive me.

So for a teaser I give you a short interlude…

Not much sanghoki playin’ goin on up here. Have only been able to play some heads up with Rusty, a not so exciting .25 BB (max bet .50) game, and an interesting stop at the Golden Nugget in Tukwila, WA on the way up to Alaska. Story on this interesting experience will hit once I get a break.

Twice on this Alaska trip Rusty has whipped out the bad beat on me with 2 different full houses to beat my smaller full house once and my trip Aces another.

Hopefully we will get some better games up here soon. I am going CRAZY!

Other than work and the occassional bite to eat there is much ado about nothing here. I am however getting my earn on and building that bankroll for my trip on Jan. 6th. to the 6th annual Jack Binion’s World sanghoki Open.

Alaska Nightmarin’

To make a long story short. Alaska was a nightmare. We leave out on Monday and find out on Wednesday that the work we need to do can’t be done for about 10 days. So as of right now I am sitting in Seattle, Washington on the 2nd leg of my trip coming home.

To put things in perspective it basically takes 2 days of trip to get from Huntsvegas to where we are working in Alaska and vice versa. Nightmare isn’t the half of it.

sanghoki was a wash as such. I will be returning to Alaska late next week to finish the work that we didn’t even get to start. The only upside???? Buildin those frequent flyer miles! When and if the Alaskan Poker Championships happen you will hear about it first.

tis been a bit…

Hey… It has been almost 2 weeks since my last post. I have simply had little to no free time lately. I will have something to post about soon… Hopefully!!
